"Escapes Travel Guides" welcomes invitations from individual hotels, restaurants, pubs, destinations, resorts and attractions for inclusion in our features.  Invitations are welcome direct, or via Tourist Boards and PR companies.

We are happy to consider group press trips, providing the itinerary and destination(s) covered during the course of the trip will fit with one (or more) of our publications, can be slotted into our editorial calendar and allows us sufficient time to research the intended destination.

As such, we prefer to receive a synopsis of the planned itinerary well in advance of the proposed trip, to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.

As a Tourist Board/CVB representative or PR professional, your help and assistance is often vital to ensure accurate and effective research for an article, or series of articles.

However, Tourist Boards, CVBs or PR professionals inviting us (or other nominated writer/photographer) on a group press trip do so on the understanding that while many articles will likely be published as a result of the trip, we are entitled to provide our readers with unbiased, factual and independent reporting.

Additionally, to avoid potential embarrassment to any party, please do not ask us to provide you or your client with a preview copy of our features as it is not our policy to do so.
